General terms

The items offered at www.dragonfly-gear.com are produced and sold by Tomasz Wozniak DF, os. Mistrzejowice 4 m. 10, 31-640 Krakow, Poland, tax number (NIP): 6783050849, REGON: 368998602. All prices are expressed in Euro, they do not contain VAT (value added tax) as the seller is exempt from this tax. The customers from countries outside of European Union may be obliged to pay also custom duties and/or import taxes according to local regulations.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information we receive is treated as confidential and will be used only to execute your order. We do not sell your personal data to anyone and we do not share it with any companies unless it is needed to execute your order (like payment processing). While visiting our WWW page some data for statistical purposes may be also collected, but they won’t be combined with any personal data. Cookies are used to keep the information on your shopping cart. For more details see the Privacy Statement.

Payment options

You can pay for the ordered product by a standard bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) or using a credit card (or debit card). The credit card transactions and e-transfers are provided by Dotpay.pl.

Delivery

Products are shipped during at most 3 working days after receiving the payment (unless longer delivery time is explicitly stated in the description of the product) as fully insured parcels with a tracking number by Polish Post. In Europe they are delivered usually in about a week – for other destinations and more precise information click here. The cost of shipment depends on destination only, if you order several products the cost is the same.

Proper usage

Please use our products according to their intended purpose and follow the instructions shipped with them. We are not responsible for harms and damages caused by improper usage.

Returns Procedure

Faulty or wrong items – If products you receive are faulty or not as described (eg. wrong colour) contact us immediately by e-mail at (shop@dragonfly-gear.com) and describe your problem. We will fix the problem on our cost.
Item is not suitable – you may always cancel your order before products are shipped contacting us by e-mail or by phone. You can also return products, without giving any reason, within 14 days after receiving your order. Returned items can not carry visible signs of usage. Postage costs are not refunded. Individual custom orders are excluded from this policy.
